Our benefits package includes:

Medical Plan: TeraThink offers three medical plans through UnitedHealthcare to meet the needs of employees and family members.

Dental Plan: A comprehensive and affordable dental plan through Delta Dental.

Vision Plan: A comprehensive and affordable vision plan through Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Flexible Spending Accounts: Allows employees to set aside some of their current earnings on a pretax basis for reimbursement of qualified healthcare expenses and/or dependent care expenses during the year.

Life, Personal Accident, and Disability Insurance: Ensures that employees have financial security in the event of an accident or illness.

401(k) Retirement Savings: Gives employees the opportunity to save for retirement on a pretax basis. TeraThink matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% for a maximum of 4%.

Paid Holiday, PTO and Bereavement Time: To support a balance between work and home, all full-time employees receive paid holiday, PTO and bereavement time.

Commuter Benefits: TeraThink provides a commuter benefit to full-time employees.

Employee Referral Program: As our best resource for recruiting top talent, employees receive a generous referral bonus for referring qualified consultants who are hired.

Educational Assistance Program: Encourages eligible employees to acquire additional education on a voluntary and independent basis to maintain or improve skills that will be beneficial to the employee. TeraThink reimburses up to  $2,500 per calendar year.

Bonus Program: TeraThink offers annual bonuses for employees that go above the call of duty, providing significant contributions to the company. Annual bonuses and “sweat on the brow” bonuses are offered to our employees as a reward for a job well done.

Corporate Outings: TeraThink promotes a culture of teamwork and collaboration. We sponsor several corporate outings to sporting events, happy hours, picnics and other events that allow employees to get to know each other better and let off steam in a social gathering.
