Concept of Operations
Developing a solid Concept of Operations (ConOps) is critical to any business transformation initiative. TeraThink understands that a Concept of Operations must fully address the doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, and facilities associated with modernizing or deploying new business capabilities.
