Alternatives Analysis
TeraThink understands that investments in people, processes, and technology are all critical elements of business transformation to achieve mission success. The use of our Alternatives Analysis (AA) allows federal agencies to employ a disciplined and proven approach to evaluating multiple transformation alternatives to achieve desired capability improvements. Developing a solid Concept of Operations (ConOps) is critical to any business transformation initiative.
