TeraThink Corporation Awarded Highly-Anticipated OASIS Contract

TeraThink Corporation has been awarded the General Service Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) in the unrestricted Pool 2. OASIS, a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services including program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific and financial services. TeraThink offers a comprehensive range of financial management services through Pool 2. The award is a ten years, multi-billion dollar contract with an unlimited ceiling.

“We’re excited to include GSA OASIS in our quiver of contract vehicles,” states Paul Lombardi, president and CEO. “This governmentwide contract allows us to continue to deliver the innovative and quality solutions we have provided to the government for over a decade. Adding OASIS to our portfolio further broadens the scope of capabilities we can offer and complements the four GSA schedules we currently possess. We continue to look for areas to diversify our service offerings and this award demonstrates our commitment to that end.”

OASIS provides a much needed governmentwide solution for complex integrated solutions spanning several disciplines. In particular, Pool 2 tightly aligns with TeraThink’s full-service financial management and systems support capabilities. TeraThink plans to engage collaboratively with GSA to actively market the OASIS vehicle. Our established infrastructure and dedicated GSA OASIS PMO is well prepared to compete through this contract.

This award comes on the heels of being recognized by Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 5000 list as the #1770 fastest growing company in the country, #27 on the Washington Technology Fast 50, and #33 on The Washington Post Best Places to Work. This is the sixth year in a row TeraThink has earned a position on the Inc. 5000 earning much rarefied recognition. The award of OASIS affords TeraThink the opportunity to continue its strong growth trajectory through a contract vehicle accessible across the government.
