Health Insurance

401k Matching

If an employee contributes 5% of their pay to their 401k account, TeraThink will contribute 4%. Employees receive dollar for dollar matching on the first 3% of their contribution to the plan. On the 4th and 5th percent of contribution, employees receive $0.50 on the dollar. There is no minimum vesting period. The company match is yours from day one of your contribution.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

To support a healthy balance between work and home, all full-time employees receive 10 paid Federal holidays, PTO, and if necessary, bereavement leave, jury duty, and military leave.

Every quarter, snack boxes are sent to employees to enjoy on client site because who doesn’t get 2pm snack cravings?!
