401k Matching: If an employee contributes 5% of their pay to their 401k account, TeraThink will contribute 4%. Employees receive dollar for dollar matching on the first 3% of their contribution to the plan. On the 4th and 5th percent of contribution, employees receive $0.50 on the dollar. There is no minimum vesting period. The company match is yours from day one of your contribution.
Health Insurance: Fully company sponsored United Healthcare PPO health insurance plans for our employees and a generous contribution towards additional family members added to the plan.
Dental Insurance: TeraThink offers a dental plan through Lincoln, with generous coverage amounts.
Vision Insurance: TeraThink offers a comprehensive and affordable vision plan through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
Life and Disability Insurance: TeraThink paid life and disability insurance to provide financial security in the unfortunate event of an accident or illness.
Bonus Program: Eligible team members earn bonuses for going above the call of duty, providing significant contributions to TeraThink.
Paid Time Off (PTO): To support a healthy balance between work and home, all full-time employees receive 10 paid Federal holidays, PTO, and if necessary, bereavement leave, jury duty, and military leave.
