We have been selected as the prime contractor by Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) for their Financial Management Systems-Information Technology Support Services (FMS-ITSS) contract. This five-year unrestricted single award IDIQ (indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity) contract, with a $100 million ceiling, represents exciting new work for TeraThink. TeraThink has been awarded a prime position on the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Shared Services Line of Business (SSLoBS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). An estimated $500 million multi-award BPA, this win is a testament to our team’s 20+ years of continuous delivery and excellence supporting USDA’s mission.
The objective of the SSLoBS BPA is to drive the OCFO’s (Office of the Chief Financial Officer) mission, while providing USDA’s shared service offerings to customers government-wide. The scope of this BPA includes services for Financial Management, Human Resources, Information Technology Services Division, External Systems Development, and Personnel & Pay. These service offerings are designed to eliminate time-consuming, transactional functions and allow agencies to focus on their core mission.
TeraThink is the prime integrator for Enterprise Funds Distribution (EFD), which is designed to increase visibility, auditability, and efficiency in the management of distributed funds and Congressional Actions for all Department of Defense (DoD) appropriations. EFD will be the authoritative source of Budget Line Items (BLI) for the entire life-cycle of all DOD programs.
In May 2017, the TeraThink Team concluded a year-long contract with a successful Go-Live delivered on time and within budget. The Go-Live enabled funds distribution capability for Defense organizations receiving and distributing Defense-wide funding. This effort also included migrating a user organization to EFD, developing outbound interface file formats, and providing custom reports which contain critical budget data. As a result of the successful implementation, our DLA client gave TeraThink an “exceptional” CPARs rating in 4 out of 5 evaluation areas.
The Washington Headquarters Services has awarded the $18.4 million System Operations, Maintenance, and Enhancement Services (SOMES) contract to TeraThink to support the their Enterprise Business Accountability System.
Under the contract, TeraThink will provide program management, systems integration and sustainment, and organizational change management and training support for WHS Enterprise Business Accountability System – Defense (EBAS-D) Momentum business system environment. This 3-year contract will allow TeraThink to continue to deliver world class, agile enterprise resource planning (ERP) support services to WHS and their Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) customer base.
TeraThink was awarded a contract with the Office of Administration (ADM) within the Criminal Division at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Under this contract, TeraThink will provide financial management support for business process improvement, analysis of accounting records, matching revenue and expense transactions, correct errors while making appropriate corrective transactions, and provide operational support to meet or exceed the requirements set forth.
TeraThink was awarded a Task Order at the Department of Justice to provide the services to support, and expertise to assist the Asset Forfeiture Money Laundering Section (AFMLS) at the Criminal Division with Asset Recovery Support and Compliance Review Support. TeraThink will provide support and assistance with evaluating compliance of equitable sharing policies, assist AFMLS with establishing strategies and managing evaluations of the Equitable Sharing Program and Asset Recovery Program, and help with the development of recommendations to improve operations and changes to equitable sharing processing practices identifying and analyzing trends and requests associated with the use of equitably share funds. Additionally we will assist AFMLS in establishing and enhancing cooperation among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies by sharing financial proceeds with state and local partners in direct relation with their participation to law enforcement efforts resulting in forfeiture.
TeraThink was awarded a prime contract on the Financial Management Support Services (FMASS) BPA. DoJ expects $50M in task orders to be released through the BPA, and it is available for DoJ components such as the FBI and ATF for use when soliciting financial management services. The work will include such activities such as financial statement preparation, accounting support and audit support.
TeraThink was awarded a prime contract on the USCG Audit Remediation BPA. The solicitation was released on the GSA FABS contract vehicle and is estimated at a $100M ceiling. The tasks expected to be released on the vehicle will provide support for the USCG as the organization seeks to resolve audit deficiencies as well as other related financial management services.
As a subcontractor to KPMG, TeraThink was issued a single award for DLA J-8 Stewardship Improvement and Audit Readiness Support. The period of performance is a base year with four option periods.
TeraThink Corporation was awarded a prime contract on May 3, 2010 to provide project planning support to the Navy Financial Management Office (FMO) efforts to standardize Navy business processes.
